Billie delivers mini Timelord

Actors Billie Piper and husband Laurence Fox are celebrating the birth of their first child.

Winston James Fox was delivered by an emergency c-section at private hospital, Portland Street in London on Tuesday.

Billie endured a 26 hour labour before having the emergency operation.

Billie, the former wife of radio presenter Chris Evans is known to her fans as Rose from the popular series Doctor Who.

Evans, a DJ on Radio 2 was one of the first non-family members to visit Billie.
