All competitions and prize draws on this website www.mybabyradio.com are governed by the following rules. If there’s any specific rules relating to individual competitions these will be detailed within the relevant competition entry page.Unless stated, our competitions are open to UK residents only. If you enter the competitions from outside the UK and a fortunate enough to win, you will be asked to pay postage and packing before the prize is distributed.
My Baby Radio Ltd accepts no liability for unfulfilled prizes, however we always endeavour to ensure all prizes reach the competition winners. Please note, Prizes are not transferable for cash. Plus, if due to unforeseen circumstances the prize is no longer available, we will, at our discretion, provide an alternative prize.

It’s also worth mentioning that we reserve the right to withdraw the prize/competition at any time prior to the closing date upon which all data will be deleted.

Finally, most competitions on this website require you to be a member of the website first to enter any competitions. The closing dates of all our competitions are published on the relevant entry pages.
Once the closing date is reached, we randomly pick a winner/s and contact them directly to confirm their details.

CHECKLIST

1. Unless otherwise stated contestants can enter each competition on My Baby Radio only once.
2. Unless otherwise stated all contestants must be over 18 years of age.
3. Unless otherwise stated only one prize per competition is allocated.
4. Unless otherwise stated all contestants chosen are those who have either entered online or contacted the radio station at the advertised time and are chosen at random by the presenter/producer in line with the advertised promotion of the said competition.
5. The competition will run until the competition has been completed or has run its course. My Baby Radio reserves the right to not give away any prize if no winner is found.
6. Unless otherwise stated, there is only one prize per competition and all prizes are offered in good faith. It is recognised that at times genuine mistakes can occur. If a mistake has occurred, then the management, in its sole discretion can either award the prize to the person(s) who in their view was the original winner of the competition or alternately ask the contestants to play again on a ‘head to head’ basis. When instances like this occur, we will provide the runner up with a prize value not exceeding 25% of the value of the advertised prize.
7. Prizes offered by My Baby Radio are in most cases provided to the company by a third party or sponsor. At the end of the competition the liability passes from us (My Baby Radio) to the sponsor for the deliverance of the prize offered. If the sponsor or third party thereafter cannot deliver the product or prize due to liquidation or similar, My Baby Radio WILL NOT be liable for its provision.
8. Employees and relatives of My Baby Radio or any of the co-sponsors of any competitions are not eligible to enter competitions.
9. My Baby Radio reserve the right at any time to alter or amend these rules and to suspend the competition or cancel the competition at any time.
10. My Baby Radio will not be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by listeners attempting to enter competitions.
11. Failure to gain access to competitions due to technical website difficulties engaged phone lines or for any other reason is not the responsibility of My Baby Radio.
12. Unless otherwise stated there is no cash alternative to the advertised prizes and any prize is strictly non-transferable.
13. By entering competitions all contestants agree to be used in publicity, or on air promotion and by any means deemed fit for the promotion of the station.
14. Copyright in the on-air broadcast and any photographs or images or audio of winners remains the property of My Baby Radio at all times throughout the world.
15. No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions. The station’s decision is always final.
16. If the rules to competitions have been broken or an answer has been revealed to contestants by any third party, the prize may be withdrawn.
17. Any contestant entering competitions on My Baby Radio giving false or misleading information will be disqualified and any prizes won will be withdrawn. This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone numbers and details of previously won prizes.
18. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months from the date of winning. Plus, all winners contacted must reply to any correspondence about winning the prize/s within 7 days. Failure to do so will void your claim to the prize with an opportunity passed to another contestants entry.
19. In regards to all prizes we hold, we endeavour to send out these prizes within 28 days of the win. We are not liable for any prizes distributed by a 3rd party or sponsor. Plus, this is subject to change at our discretion.
20. Where a holiday is offered as the main prize in a competition, the prize will be clearly stated in regards to how many adults and children are exceptable on the holiday and what the holiday includes. Meaning flights, accomadation and any spending money.
21. Travel prizes are not usually transferable and therefore all entrants to station holiday and travel competitions are solely responsible for ensuring they are able to comply fully with disclosure laws, passport validity and any other specified regulatory criteria required for the destination. For example some countries including the USA will require visitors to submit full personal details of health and any criminal record for verification some time in advance of departure. Any competition winners who are subsequently banned from traveling or unable to provide the required detail as advised by the travel company within the specified time, will not be allowed to travel and therefore will forfeit the prize.
