Since giving up the TV sofa on GMTV Fiona Phillips has been able to spend breakfast time with her two boys.
The journalist still works but manages to be out of the house “at normal times”.
Fiona told us… “Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day and I urge parents to make sure they include wholegrain in their kids diets.”
In this interview Fiona tells us why she’s become a control freak with what her kids eat and why she’s started eating a bowl of cereal late at night. Fiona also shares some recipe ideas too.
Fiona is also joined by Julliette Kellow a dietictian who has some great advice about getting your busy family the right foods at the right times.
