    Gaby Roslin boosts your energy!

    New research shows the average Brit only has enough energy to work a 5 hour day and the afternoon slump where you reach for a biscuit tin can actually last more than an hour. However, there is a healthy way to up your energy levels; Boots Energy CoQ10 contains a natural enzyme called Kaneka Q10, a substance found in the body but which you have less of as you get older.

    Businesses lose on average 151 minutes for every employee every day because of tiredness.

    In this interview we spoke to mum of two and TV presenter Gaby Roslin about what she does to boost her energy levels when she’s feeling tired. Gaby was a great interview and offered some top tips for parents with a busy lifestyle who just need that little boost.
