Author, broadcaster, presenter and mum-of-three Liz Fraser has turned Granny’s advice into a book!

She spent months asking her Grandmother Kitty for advice on bringing up children - were things so different in the good old days Gran?

Liz says her Granny’s approach to parenthood is such a breath of fresh air - so much so she included her tips in “A Spoonful Of Sugar” - Liz’s latest book.

In this interview, Liz shares some of her relatives pearls of wisdom and also offers some great tips on raising your children. The book is an absolute joy to read and has been wrote in such a way that you may feel like you’ve stepped into Liz’s life.
