If you tune in between the hours of 7 and 10am each weekday or 12 and 1pm you’ll hear the big northern gob of Mr G.

The shows Peter presents are The Breakfast Show and Dads Hour. He may even be found on the odd interview in the afternoon but usually resides on breakfast and lunchtime shows only.

Pete’s shows are a real-life look into the life a of a 30 something Dad.

SO WHO’S PETE?

He’s a 35 year old chappie originally from Manchester, UK. He’s married to Joanne who co-presents and they both have a daughter called Isabel. Joanne is from North Wales where they both now live with a little westie dog called Gabriel. Peter started in radio just over 11 years ago and over the years has mainly worked as a producer where he’s met and interviewed many celebrities including Suggs, Atomic Kitten, Ronan Keating, Tom Jones, Westlife and many more.

When he’s not behind the mic at work he loves nothing better than watching The Golden Girls on Living (weekends only). Plus, as well as days out with the family he loves a good soak in the bath with a great book. Peter also has a tendency to dance around the kitchen to his favourite CD’s when he’s washing the dishes. Oh dear, dancing dads… Ha ha.
