My Baby Radio is a trading name of My Baby Radio Ltd and is a digital radio station that can be heard online and on DAB digtial radio in North East Wales, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire parts of Derbyshire and Greater Manchester.

Each commercial radio station in the UK has requirements in respect of its music and local content, such as news, speech levels etc. These requirements are set out in the station “Format”, a document issued by Ofcom, the UK’s radio regulator.

However, a DAB digital radio station output is more relaxed than a traditional FM station but this public file should give you a better understanding of our output and what we are doing for our local community.

My Baby Radio broadcasts news bulletins every hour between 0700 and 0600 seven days a week. All bulletins contain a mix of local, national and world stories, along with appropriate weather.

Ofcom Guidelines and how to complain to Ofcom:

Ofcom, the government regulator with responsibilities for local radio, has produced guidelines that this station adheres to which mainly includes the broadcasting code.

Internships and Graduate opportunities:

Our internship programme creates opportunities for select individuals to join My Baby Radio for a placement over a period of three months.

To apply for an internship you must be:

* 18 or over
* Be an EU citizen, or hold a valid UK working visa / permit
* Demonstrate your passion or experience in media / radio / music industry
* Commit to an unpaid internship for three months
* Able to make your own way to our studios in Coedpoeth, Wrexham
